Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your Evercrest order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Returns eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations, provided that:

Items are unused and unworn

Items are in their original condition

Any original packaging, tags, or labels are still attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Farmwear (hoodies & T-shirts)
Farmwear items may be returned for a refund if they meet the conditions above.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
Vehicle decals
Due to the nature of this product, vehicle decals cannot be returned once opened or used.
If your decal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear after approval
UK delivery only
At present, Evercrest ships within the UK only.
